How to play Cromimi?
Take care of a rodent (hamster, mouse) in a virtual world. You must give it food, drink, education trough training lessons, entertainment with games. You can also have it challenge other players' Cromimis, dress it etc...
You must perform missions, raise your level. You can experience a unique adventure with your cromimi and discover new possibilities!
Let's not forget that you can find a lot a informations for your cromimi in real life!
What are gold mimis?
Gold Mimis (Mo) are the money in the Cromimi world. You earn some everyday thanks to the Cromimi Federation which helps you to take good care of your mouse or hamster.
The more you evolve in Cromimi, the more money you earn and the more accessories and clothes for your cromimi you can buy.
Challenges and games give you some gold mimis as well.
You can also purchase Gold mimis at the Bank (allopass codes, surf ticket... )
Careful! If you are under 18, ask for your parents' permission before buying codes!
What is experience?
Experience indicates your capacity to raise your cromimi. The more experience you have, the more confident your rodent will be and the more things it will be able to do (go on your shoulder, react to its name...).
You gain experience by feeding your cromimi, cleaning the cage, reading books or Mr Ham's advice...
What is popularity?
It determines your reputation in Cromimi City.
You can gain popularity when your cromimi wins challenges, when you go to higher levels, if your cage is among the loveliest ones or when you reach higher levels in the breeders ranking.
My cromimi and its characteristics
Each cromimi has its own characteristics depending on its species or coat (weight, hours of sleep...), but also common characteristics that everyone should know:
» hunger: indicates your rodent's need for food.
» thirst: indicates your rodent's need for water. Your rodent must always have fresh water at its disposal in the cage.
» morale: indicates your rodent's psychological well-being. If it's bad, your cromimi will become sad and its health will decrease.
» health: indicates your rodent's physical condition. A bad health will make it more prone to illness and weaker during challenges and training.
There are also three special capacities:
» wisdom: wisdom is obtained step by step, when your cromimi gets older or during certain objectives or events in its life.
» training: your cromimi's whole education will be made through training. It is essential to determine your relationship with your rodent.
» speed: speed is necessary for races. Your rodent will be proud to run very fast in the park or in its wheel.
Your cromimi's experience depends on its skills and speed. So don't neglect any of these two capacities.
My cromimi's health and morale
It is important to maintain a good health and morale for your cromimi or everything will go wrong! They wil get sick more easily, the relationships with the other cromimis won't be good anymore and your cromimi will be sad.
To gain morale and health, take good care of your cromimi, of its cage, give it sweets, entertainment, pet it...
It is very sensitive so if you neglect it, its health and morale can quickly decrease.
My cromimi's cage
This is where your cromimi lives. It should always be as lovely and clean as possible.
Cleaning it takes time. First, you need to change the bedding regularly so that your cromimi's little legs don't get hurt. Then, you must clean the whole cage (complete cleaning) or remove the biggest part of the dirtiness (quick cleaning).
And to finish the job and get a perfect cage, use an air purifier. Your cromimis will love that and it will prevent them from getting pneumonia.
If you decorate your cage, your rodent will feel good and it will increase its morale (and probably its health too). You can find different cage bars and bedding trays at the pet shop. New lovely decorations will also be released soon...

Food
Food reduces your cromimi's hunger and thirst but also makes it gain weight. So be careful, don't feed it too much if you don't want your rodent to get fat.
Your cromimi is very sensitive so don't forget to give it food and drink to keep a good morale and a good health.
Accessories
Items are in the "accessories" section of the pet shop. These are all the elements, small or large, that you can place in a cage to entertain your cromimi (wheel, ladder...), house it (small house, shelter...) or give it comfort.
As you go along the levels, de new accessories will become available.
So check regularly to discover what could make your cromimi happy!
The city
The city is the place where all the activities for your cromimi are gathered:
- The stadium: your cromimi can train everyday in this stadium where there is a track and a training circuit.
- The park: this is the place where all the breeders can meet. You can start speed or training competitions between your cromimi and the other players' ones.
- The game room: would you like to get some entertainment? Go to the game room, you will have fun and will gain experience and popularity.
- Pet shop: you will find everything you need to feed and entertain your rodent, clean its cage and decorate it. New items can become available when changing level.
- Fashion shop: this is where you will find clothes to dress your cromimi and make it even cuter.
- The vet : Mr Ham will give you a warm welcome and will treat your rodent or keep an eye on a female's pregnancy evolution. You will also get a lot a wise advice everyday!
- The bank : the place where you can purchase Gold Mimis. Careful, if you are under 18, don't forget to ask for your parents' permission before buying codes!
Pet shop
The only shop in Cromimi City where you can find everything you need to take care of your rodent. There are seven different sections :
» Accessories: all the items you can give to your rodent.
» Food: a large choice of fruits, vegetables, cereals, herbs and so much more to stimulate your cromimi's taste buds.
» Cage: everything you need to decorate your cromimi's cage.
» Bedding: straw, hay, hemp or wood shavings, here you can find any type of bedding!
» Books: you will find everything you need to know about your rodent in these lovely illustrated books.
» Medicine: all the medicines for any type of illness are available there.
» Rodents: get a new rodent to give company to your Cromimi. This function is only available when reaching a certain level...
As you go along the game, new items or new cromimi species become available. Live a unique experience!
Challenges
Challenges are used to pit your cromimi's strenght against the others, achieve objectives and also gain experience as well as gold mimis if you stake some. To start challenges, go to the park: you will meet cromimis who are close to your level, all ready to start.
You can either challenge to a race or training test. Several criteria are taken into account for the 2 cromimis:
» their health
» their morale
» their speed (race)
» their skills (training)
You can put out challenges with or without a stake. If you add a stake and win the challenge, you'll get your stake back, some experience as well as popularity.
Careful! the more challenges you make, the more chances your cromimis has to get hurt. Besides,its expenditure of energy makes it lose some weight after each competition.
When the other breeders want to challenge one of your rodents, you can refuse or accept their challenges. Once accepted, a challenge cannot be cancelled so be careful, don't get it wrong!
If you are in the park, you can also get several challenge requests at once. Don't worry, everybody wants to meet you there so you'll get a lot of requests which might be very useful to move forward. If you don't want to get requests from a specific breeder, go to your mail box and add this breeder to your black list so they can't send you challenge requests or private messages anymore.

My cromimi is sick, too fat or too skinny...
- Illness :
You cromimi can get sick any time, it's a very sensitive being. You will receive an alert by private message and you will have to go visit Mr Ham, the vet, to receive a medical exam.
Then you will have to buy the necessary medicine at the pet shop.
- Your cromimi is too skinny :
If your cromimi is too skinny, it will become even more sensitive and frail and the Cromimi Federation might come to get it back any time to restore its health.
- Your cromimi is too fat :
If your cromimi is too fat, it will be slower in races. On top of that, the Cromimi Federation, which takes care of mice and hamsters, might come to take it back.
Levels
Live a unique experience with the Cromimi levels. At the beginning, you will learn the basics of your cromimi education and then follow it in a great adventure.
Every level you pass gives you experience and popularity in Cromimi City.
The Cromimi Federation
The Cromimi Federation is a virtual association which keeps an eye on your Cromimi to know if you take good care of it. To help you, the Federation gives you a few Gold Mimis everyday. The further you go in the story of Cromimi, the more generous the Federation will be.
Be careful, if you don't take care of your hamster or mouse and if your cromimi is in danger, the Cromimi Federation will come and take it away. You will have to give Gold Mimis to get it back.
Ranking
There are two independent rankings in Cromimi. They are updated everyday at 5 AM and 5 PM.
Rodents ranking indicates your cromimi's rank compared to the other rodents. The only thing that matters in this ranking is your cromimi's experience. In case there is level on points, its your cromimi's health and morale which will determine its exact rank.
Breeders ranking indicates your skills to raise and take care of your cromimi. So what matters here is your breeder experience. If two breeders have the same experience, it is their popularity which will be considered.
If you want to check your evolution in a ranking, here's how it works : there is a little green arrow pointing up if your rank has increased or a little red arrow pointing down if your rank has decreased. If your rank has not changed, then you will see this symbol =.
There's only one way to increase your rank: gain experience!
Election of the loveliest cages
Voting for a cage enables you to elect every week the most appreciated cages by the players of Cromimi.
If you want to vote, it is very simple: go to the card of the breeders you like, watch their cage and give them a mark beetween 0 (you don't like it) and 5 (it is so cute!).
On the voting page, you'll find the 20 breeders who got the more votes, only the first three can win the election with three trophies and three different gains (a gold trophy for the first, silver for the second and bronze for the third). You can view the rewards of each winner in the forum every friday night at midnight, their user name is written in a topic of the News forum so you can congratulate them!
The votes are reset every friday after the announcement of the winners of the week.
Careful, the election can be won only once in the whole game.
An important rule to respect: to prevent abuses and leave a chance to all players to get a trophy, it is stricly forbidden to ask for votes, neither in the mail box nor in the forum or in signatures and user images. In case of cheating, the player will be punished and all their votes will be taken out!
Holidays
If you can't take care of your cromimi, you can activate the "holiday mode", which allows you to pause your game.
To do this, click the "Nursery" button on the "My rodent" page. You can also go on holiday on the "My Profile" page by clicking the "Go on Holiday" button.
When you are on holidays, your cromimi doesn't evolve, can't make challenges or training anymore, all its actions are stopped.
When you come back, log in like you usually do, then click the button to find your game exactly how you left it.
Careful! we advise you to choose the holiday mode rather than lending your cromimi to a friend since we won't be able to help you if a problem occurs in your account!
As stated in the game rule, you should never give your identifiers or lend your account!
Sponsoring
You can invite your friends to join you as soon as you're registered. To do this, you've got two possibilities:
» in your mailbox, you can send an invitation to all your hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc contacts. They will receive a mail from you sent by the game and will be able to register and create their own account.
» you can also send an invitation to all your friends who don't use hotmail, yahho, gmail etc. They will receive an email from you and will be able to create their own account and become a Cromimi player.
Important!
To be valid, sponsoring must meet these requirements:
» sponsorees cannot register with the same ip/connection as their sponsor
» sponsorees must use a personal ip/connection (public places like libraries, schools/colleges, cybercafes or wifi connection can't be used to confirm a sponsoring)
» do not create false sponsor, they will be of course cancelled (multi accounts are forbidden in the game), your account might be deleted and you might be banned for good.
» confirm your email address once the registration is done
Administrators and moderators
The administrators are the creators of the game and the ones who make it evolve.
There are also moderators who help the breeders of cromimi on the forum, by mail or private message in case of need or if you have a question. They are the first ones that must be asked for advice. If they can't find an answer, they will ask the administrators, who are not present in the game, for help.
The moderators are also in charge of the forum (delete or move topics etc), of the bans (bans are the expulsion from the forum and the mail box in case of bad behavior or non-respect of the rules, they can be permanent or temporary depending on the mistake), of the topics to keep the players informed and all their little concerns (answer their questions, guide them on the forum to get informations, watch the topics to avoid slips or bad language etc).
If you want to know who the moderator is, it's simple: go to the forum!
Under each section of the forum, there is the list of the moderators as well as the user name of the administrator who is only in charge of the forum. The moderation team is composed of adults who are all over 18 and volunteer.
Asking to become a moderator is useless, the administrators only choose the moderators according to their need to supervise the game and according to precise criteria so they don't want to be asked about that.
An important thing: like in any online game, malicious people may pretend to be members of the game team, so please, never give any information about your account or yourself to anyone!
The administrators or moderators will not ask players for informations about their account because they already have them and if they do, it will only be through the official mailbox of the game to check that the player who is asking for informations is definitely the owner of the account, so don't get tricked by malicious people!
In case of a problem, use the mailbox to report the suspect messages that you might receive, quickly contact a moderator or use the "contact" link at the bottom of the page to let the people in charge of the game know about it.
If there is a problem...
If you encounter a problem on the site (problem with a code, with your account ,etc...), post a message on the forum, in the right section, to explain your problem.
An administrator will reply ASAP.
Please, do not contact the support for problems about the bank and do not send several messages for the same problem (wait for the answer of your first mail to avoid a saturation of the support. This may cause a slowdown in replies and annoy the players who also have a problem.) Do not send emails without a good reason or you will be punished!
